Residential Laundry

I’ve been using Loads of Clothes Laundry Services for several years now as self serve but recently switched to their in-house laundry services, and I honestly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my laundry. They have consistently proven themselves to be one of the best in the business, and here’s why:

Needed a quick turnaround on a comforter to be cleaned. Reached out to Charissa explaining my situation. She walked me through the online process. I had missed the cut off for same day pick up. She then went above and beyond to put me in contact with John. He was able to schedule a delivery & someone came to pick it up within about 30 mins and was brought back to me mid day or so the next day! Having a tight window to get this done, everyone at Loads of Clothes Delivery came through for me & even applied a discount for me! Latorria was very kind and helpful on our first visit. We chose the wash and fold service so that we could run our other errands while the laundry was being done.
