Needed a quick turnaround on a comforter to be cleaned. Reached out to Charissa explaining my situation. She walked me through the online process. I had missed the cut off for same day pick up. She then went above and beyond to put me in contact with John. He was able to schedule a delivery & someone came to pick it up within about 30 mins and was brought back to me mid day or so the next day! Having a tight window to get this done, everyone at Loads of Clothes Delivery came through for me & even applied a discount for me!
